Mahjong and some random stuff...

Went shopping with momsie at TM ytd.
Bought lots of makeups for ourselves, and I dint have to pay for it! *hahahz*
Hush Puppies shirts on sale, and I bought two polo tees for my old dad.
Had my fave yong tau fu at CS.
Shopped at Baleno, and saw an angry auntie scolding the poor cashier. And mind you, her words were pretty harsh. Pity the young man.
Oh, this is getting so random cos I dunno wad else to write.
Anyhow, I received a call from Miss Hydi-the-SIA-gal.
And I've got a feeling mahjong is the reason why she called.
*hehz*
So I went to her house for a supposedly 'fast' one-round game, but in the end, it lasted for 3 whole hours.
And I lost 36 bucks in the process... *tsk tsk*
But I still had fun, and it's so nice to see her after so long...and zhiqiang and kenneth as well.
All I can say is, they have certainly changed (appearance-wise, of course) alot from the last time I saw them. But it's all for the better. =)
I dint know they are blog stalkers too, so I must say a few good things to them. *hehz*
Hydi, enjoy all your flights, especially today's, cos you'll be counting down with lots of ah-nehs. It's a one-in-a-lifetime opportunity, so do hold on tightly to it!
Kenneth & ZQ, although you two had won all my money, I still wish both of you all the best in your army days and dun be like lustylester who tries all means to escape his duties. Our country counts on the two of you. Good luck.
Speaking about countdown, I guess I'll be spending with my momsie cos she has officially asked me out and she's been extraordinary sweet and nice to me these few weeks too.
So, why not?
Before I go, lemme intro my new-found-love-cum-old-flame:郭品超 a.k.a Dylan.
Isn't he a cutie??????
Recently I've watched and re-watched 斗鱼(1) a.k.a The Outsiders(1). It's a fricking nice taiwan drama series about gangs, secret society, and romance. But one sucky thing is the ending: his character died in the end. *sobz*
But still, it's an excellent show.
And he's so suave!!!!
My type.
*hehz*

I heart Gossipy's Gossipers

Today was a fruitful day.
Had my first ever session at New York Skin Solution, and the facial was full of squeezes. It wasn't FRICKING painful to me cos I have a high level of tolerance, but for the faint-hearted, beware.
Didnt sign the package on the spot cos momsie said no. And since she's paying for it, she has the last say. But in the end, when I got home and told her all about it, she changed her mind and decided to let me sign for the package.
Yay!
*hahaz*
I love her to hell can!
Aniwae, I'm uber touched that lustylester and shaz came to WS and waited 2 hours for me to finish my facial (dunno if they REALLY waited that long, but I chose to believe them... *winkz*).
When I walked out of the room, I was very shocked to see the two of them at the counter, asking the lady for Neo Wan Wan.
Typical lester, trying to be funny. *tsk tsk*
Anyhow, I really appreciated them coming to find me.
And they came to my house to visit Neo BeBe and Neo PaPa and Neo Mama as well.
*hahaz*
Then we cabbed down to Haji Lane, and the fun begins...
Our painted toe nails. The middle and ugliest yellow nails belong to Mr. Yong. *shudders*
Took many funny but artistic pics at Haji Lane. This is why I love to go out with them. They have no image and thus not image-conscious at all, and they love to act like models. And I was greatly influenced by their enthusiasm. *heez*
Don't we look like the two sisters from a Korean horror flick???
I adore this one because it's simply gorgeous.
Shopped around Bugis Street for lustylester's suspenders, but to no avail. However, I managed to buy a bag that costs me only $16. Cheap cheap.
A long wait for the bus to Parkway Parade...Took some interesting pics to kill time...
Now you see it...
Now you don't...
I almost lost my HP on the bus when it slipped out of my pockets without me realising. Luckily, Shaz turned her big head around and saw it. Therefore, I shall now proclaim that Shalyn Phua Shi Peng is my xin yun xiao xin xin (Lucky Little Star).
Aston's Specialities for dinner. Thank GYM it's not a long wait, unlike the previous time I went. But we still had to wait...
The food was lovely. Simply superb. No wonder it's packed every weekend.
Lustylester's steak:
Shalyn's crispy fried fish:
And my grilled fish with herbs:
Food was great, night was beautiful, and the company was brilliant.
What more can I say?
This is life.
And such life is going to end soon in a few days' time.
Dreading 7th Jan.
Just saw my next sem timetable.
It's ultimate retarded.
*sighz*
All the more I'll treasure my 'remaining' days slacking away, and hopefully, with GYM's blessing, I can sail through nx year smoothly.
And Mr. Yong Junior, hope your wrist 'heals' faster and quickly get urself a BF who is as macho as the guy we saw at Aston's so he can well protect you from falling down and breaking ur wrists.
As for you, Shalyn, hope you can also find ur BF who can tolerate your no-sharing-of-spoons-habits and bad-mood-periods.
Looking forward to our nx fri.
And school's starting.
Boo!

GOSSIPY reunites with GUCCI's help.

Finally got to meet up with my dear Gossipers.
Thaya and namnoinoi didn't join us due to some unforeseen circumstances. *tsk*
Anyhow, met up with lustylester first (that shaz is late again!) and I was shocked to see him STILL in his hand sling.
Mediacorp can give him a Best Male/Female Award le.
This guy can really smoke his way through... *hahahz*
While waiting for the bad-mood queen, we went to eat at the hawker near GYM. And an angmoh shared seats with us leh. *hahaz* He used chopsticks to eat his laksa. Oh, whatever.
After paying our respects to GYM, we headed straight to town for my GUCCI hunting.
Bloody hell.
It's a Thursday, but it's like people do not have to work; the streets were so bloody crowded can!! *haiz*
Even Gucci Paragon was full of peeps. Everyone was in a madness rush for Gucci products. As though the price tags dun matter to them anymore. Crazy.
We then left the boutique for Far East.
Shaz and I bought the same black cardigan each. Pretty pretty. =)
Wasting no time, we headed straight for the DFS.
And I've finally got my bag.
*wide grinz*
There's not much painstaking decision for me to make. I just knew: "THIS IS IT." And I bought it.
*hehs*
Superduper happie.
But felt abit unbelievable, breathless, amazed and still amazed after I left the boutique.
But still happie. *heeheez*
Oh, did I mention lustylester bought himself a LV broadway messenger bag that costs him $1700??? My bag isn't even that ex la!
I've finally got the opportunity to sling his bag on me. We are oh-so-hiao!!
Shopped somemore at Orchard, and went to Golden Mile for thai food.
Lovely dinner. Two thumbs-up!
A fricking hot meal for the hotties. *hehs*
Thai Mango Salad:
Pineapple Rice:
Shaz acting cute with Pineapple Rice:
Steam Chicken Wrapped in Pandan Leaves (fricking nice!):
Kangkong Sambal & Tom Yam Seafood Soup (fricking spicy but shiok!!!):
Lingered around at the complex cos it reminds us of BKK. I soooo miss bangkok!!!
Cabbed down to Bedok Princess for 'I AM LEGEND'.
Princess is dirt cheap. And the seats aren't like what others have been saying. They are completely dry and clean.
As for the movie, damn nice.
I cried abit when Samantha (Will Smith's loyal dog) died as she got the virus. So sad can!!!
Other than it's vulgarity-inducing, the movie's still worth a catch. Even Shaz the bad-mood-queen-who-doesn't-watch-movies-for-years agreed it's nice. So it's definitely nice. Oh, whatever. Go watch it if you haven't.
If you're worried to spend $9.50 on it and wondering if it's nice, then go catch it at Princess. At least you won't feel the pinch if you think the movie's lousy (which you shouldn't be thinking at all) cos tickets are damn cheap there.
Check out the empty cinema. Not bad right??
Outside Mac with Mr. Ronald McDonald.
And last but not least...my 4-digit GUCCI love:
Thankfully, momsie hearts it as well.
She thinks it's gorgeous, and the money's worth it.
*whew!*
I was so scared she doesn't like it.
Proves that I've got good taste. *hehs*
Alritey, it's time to say goodnite.
Nitez!
=)

I'm Late.

Merry Xmas peeps!!!
Ya I know I'm abit late.
But pardon me.
Lappie 'dio' stupid virus.
It's damn frustrating going online.
Frets not now!
It's all saved by my, erm, bro.
=)
Aniwae, pre-Xmas had been fun. Spent with my cousins at town. Still waiting for beloved XY to send me the pics so I can upload it, ya.
So if you're getting impatient and restless cos you miss my fabulous visuals, there's nothing you and I can do except to wait for that busy woman. *hehs*
As for my post-Xmas, it is all spent on bed. *hahahs*
Fricking tired nowadays. *yawns*
And I had a haircut at Kimage ytd.
That china man who cut my hair (months ago) to HIS OWN FRICKING LIKING had left. *whoopies!*
This time round, I got a stylish and pretty hairstylist, and I'm so gonna stick to Kimage for haircuts from now on.
And you should too, my friend. =)
Anyhow, going to meet up with lustylester, namnoinoi, and thaya in 2 hours' time.
Poor shaz has a headache and hence can't meet up with us cos she doesn't want to bad-mood all of us, especially namnoinoi.
Going town (again!) to hunt for my GUCCI bag. Or wallet.
Which one should I get???
Hmmm~

ViVo with the usual gang...

Met up with the guys and went Vivo to fetch Celes from work...
The place was fricking crowded.
Everyone's in the Christmasy mood, but I dun feel any. *tsk tsk*
Guess I still miss BKK.
*hehs*
Anyhow, we shopped abit, had dinner at KFC and shopped somemore...
Slacked at Pacific Coffee, where the outdoor view is brilliant and fricking relaxing.
I've found another superb place to slack le. *hehs*
Tiong 'exploring' Xiang's i-touch, while I can only look on. *shakes head*
And he's not happie that he's hogging his i-touch...
Cabbed home with Xiang-chan and saw the colourful Ferris-wheel. So pretty!!! =)

14-17 Dec at Land of Smiles =)

YO~ I'M BACK!!!
*muahahahz*
OMG, I luuuuurrrrvvveeee BKK~~!!
Things are soooooo cheap over there! Cheap cheap and cheap!! We felt like millionnaires over there lor! It's like the money is forever there for us to spend... *wahahahz*
Really felt like a tai-tai... *heez*
Our days there were full of laughter...lotsa laughter.
And of course, lotsa clothes, bags, shoes and food as well!! *wide grinz*
We shopped forever and ever, and we couldn't stop buying...
We bought so much stuff that we had to make a few trips back to our hotel to place our buyings, and my momsie had to even buy two more big bags to accommodate our prized possessions... *hahahz*
Unbelievable right...
I can't wait to share our exciting trip to Bangkok, the Land of Smiles (and nothing but that can describe BKK!!) with you peeps...
I forsake my unpacking and jumped right into blogging immediately okie! Ok lah...not 'immediately', but you know what I mean.
DAY 1 (14-DEC-07)
Make the long story short.
Day 1 was the most horrible day.
We reached BKK ard 3pm+ (their time), and the airport transfer coach ride took us more than an hour to reach our hotel due to the horrible traffic in BKK.
I tell you, the traffic was so jammed that our coach practically crawled to our hotel.
But all the drivers, including other road users, are all so skilled on the road. The people, regardless on wheel or foot, can criss-cross the roads as though they own the place... *tsk tsk*
Now imagine that happening in Singapore...
Do you hear lots of honking and jeering??
*nods*
By the time we reached our hotel, more than half the day was gone. *haiz* We went to Platinum for a super short shopping spree...
BKK malls close damn early lah!
Had a quick meal at their food centre...
Their pad thai are very delicious!!! I miss it already...
Didnt manage to buy much cos all the shops were closing, and it was only 7pm+... *tsk tsk*
As we walked back to our hotel, we passed by a stall selling fried silk worms, crickets, croaches, and grasshoppers.
And being daredevils, XY and I tried a fried grasshopper each. Damn nice.
Dun yee-er me now. It's really nice and crispy. It taste like 'MUMMY' actually, with the seasoning and all.
We bought one packet again the next day we went, and I plucked up my courage to try the silk worm.
*BLEAHZ*
I almost spat it out on the spot. Damn gross. It's soft and nua-nua inside.
*EEEEEEKKKS!!!!* The grasshoppers taste better.
Aniwae, we headed back to our hotel for a very early rest, and that's the end of Day One.
DAY 2 (15-DEC-07)
Rise and shine!
Ate breakfast at the hotel and we quickly taxi-ed down to Chaktuchak Market.
My gosh, it's really humongous. Can get lost inside the place.
To cut the story short, we shopped.
After going back to the hotel, we went to Siam Square, and bought some more clothes and accessories.
Saw Dunkin' Donuts and some other local snacks at MBK, and we quickly bought some. Headed back to hotel again to put our things and rest a bit.
As it was XY's 20th birthday, we went to a restaurant near Platinum for dinner as a celebration for her.
Dinner was fricking full but superduper delicious.
Momsie was soooo funnie that we couldnt stop laughing at her. *hahahz*
Went to Platinum for a short after-dinner exercise, and I forgot what I bought from there cos I bought too many le... *hehehz*
Back to the hotel (again!), but our night was not over yet.
XY got the idea of modelling and posing with our new purchases, and the madness began.
With the influence of lustylester, we turned ourselves into ANTM (the hilarious version):
video
We laughed so hard and loud that I was surprised nobody came knocking on our door to shut us up.
Modelling used up our energy for Day 2, and I never slept so well in a hotel before.
Happie 20th Birthday, XY. Hope you enjoy that day... =)
DAY 3 (16-DEC-07)
Our craziness from last night continues to this morning.
This time round, we hit the hotel's swimming pool and the pool-side bar.
It's so fun being amateur models. *hehehz*
So. Last battle before our trip ends.
Taxi-ed down to Chinatown for bird's nest.
We bought some local snacks again.
The Chinatown is also very huge and we any-oh-how walked and shopped. We then ended up in some mini streets selling wholesale items.
As we walked out to the main road, I was 'molested' by this son of a bitch madman.
I didnt notice him walking past me when I felt a sudden slap on the right side of my thigh.
FUCK.
It was damn painful cos he slapped real hard. I turned round and saw that bastard, and confirmed he was really a madman: his hair was dirty to the extent that they all crumpled up together like dry straws; he was half-naked, and his pants had two huge holes on his butt.
*TSK TSK* What rotten luck... *haiz*
Headed back to our hotel and rushed down to Platinum.
Yes, Platinum again.
We went there for 3 straight days in a row because it is near our hotel, and there are really lotsa things to buy there.
So, more clothes for us. *hehehz*
As for dinner, we takeaway A&W, KFC and durian for dessert back to our hotel to enjoy the comfort of eating on our beds.
On our way back, we saw this man (sth like the madman at Chinatown that morning) sitting on the side of the road, POKING A RUSTY-LOOKING NEEDLE INTO HIS TATTOO ON HIS ARM. He practically inserted the long needle in and out of his skin, and he behaved as though he can't feel any pain.
DISGUSTING.
We were soooooo scared that he would suddenly go crazy and poke us with the needle. Scary can! *shudders*
While eating KFC chicken, momsie (I think she is deeply influenced by our craziness) thought of something fricking hilarious and we acted out according to her idea.
Here's the video...
video
DAY 4 (17-DEC-07)
Last day at BKK le... *sobz*
Had a full breakfast at the hotel, and there's still some time left, so we went out for a while to take some pics...
It turns out that day was their Buddha Day or sth...
Saw many people wearing yellow shirts...
And then, before you know it, we were on our way to the airport...
Shopped some more at their DFS because we wanna spend finish our BAHT.
Momsie is very generous. Gave me all her money for me to spend. *heez*
In the end, I bought a GUCCI Envy Me perfume, ANNA SUI lip balm, SHU UMERA eyelash curler. Before departure at Singapore, I'd already bought one DKNY Be Delicious perfume and DIOR lip gloss. Upon arrival, an Absolute Disco Vodka.
So happie...
I'm gonna look rich, walk rich, and smell rich too.
*WIDE GRINZ*
MY PRIZED POSSESSIONS:

Thursday, December 13, 2007

Feeling rich...

*hehehz*
Finally the pay plus bonus have arrived safely and soundly into my account.
Wah~~
It was the first time ever I've seen my account grown so fat all of a sudden... *kekez*
Aniwae, I was pondering over how much I should give my parents when something BIG and SHOCKING (but extremely pleasant) thing happened to my mum.
So much so that she does not need my bonus anymore. *hahahz*
Instead, she's gonna buy me a GUCCI bag for Christmas (or maybe even for my 21st) after we come back from Bangkok!!!
Wah, triple happiness for the NEO family.
Even BeBe has her own benefits. She's got a bagful of treats to last her (hopefully) till Christmas.
*muahahahz*
With mummy's sponsor, I might even get a GUCCI wallet by myself... Hmm....
*** *** ***
I've finally fulfiled my promise to my folks.
Treated them to Din Tai Fung @ TM just now.
Yummy yumz!!! We ordered lots: xiao long bao (a must!!!), siew mai, fried rice, zha jiang mian, yam paste buns, and some noodle thingy...
So happie that they enjoyed the food and themselves.
You know, it's very hard to please their taste buds, especially me old dad.
Stuff that you think it's nice, they'll think the opposite... *tsk tsk*
And no, there's no photos (although I brought my cam along) because they are low profile, ordinary folks who do not like to show off that much. *hehs*
No offense or anything...
*** *** ***
Tomorrow's Friday, and I'm flying off to Bangkok for a short holiday and serious retail therapy.
I can't wait!!!
I just hope that everything can go smoothly and I can buy what I wanna buy!!!
=)
Will update as soon as I get back on Monday...
Watch out for those sexy pics of me, my mamma and XY in our Tai-Tai Trip to Thai-Thai bah~~~!!!
*widest grinz ever*
Peace forever.

WS

Met up with tiong & xiang at ws for dinner... Celes was off with her friends, and Hui is at Taiwan now...
So yup, left us the lonely threesome... *tsk tsk*
Shopped ard WS... And Xiang bought a squash racket at Sportslink.
*haiz*
He has become a spendthrift now.
And tiong is such a bad bad friend. He didn't discourage xiang or anything, but instead egg him on to spend more money and push the economy to a higher stage.
*sigh*
Had Mac for dinner, and Yakun for kopi.
And it was time to bid farewell.
*hahs*
I won't get to see them till after next week cos I'm flying off to BKK soon!
I can't wait lor!!
Me bro just came back from BKK today, and he bought LOTS of stuff back... He said shopping there is a paradise (even with S$450 = 10,260baht), so I just can't wait for friday to come quickly!!! *hehs*
Aniwae, Xiang gave me a ride home with his newly purchased bike.
Though it's a fricking short distance from WS to my place, it's still an adventure to me. *hahs*
It's been a long long time since I've ridden a bike... (my maiden ride was with my dad at Pulau Ubin when I was very young... *hehs*)
What can I say... I think cars suit me better...
Bikes are too...open for me.
I prefer to be surrounded by metal.
*hehs*
But still, he's got a cool bike. =)

Friday, December 07, 2007

So cold!!!

The weather has turned brrrrrrr cold.
Rmb to bring a jacket when you go out, ya??
Dun wanna be a flu bird during this jammed pack December holidays!!!
*hahs*
Aniwae, I finally got to catch sexy Josh in 3o Days of Night at MS.
So pissed off by the ending.
Stupid scriptwriter or director or producer or whoever's to be blamed.
Why did you have to let Josh's character die???? (Oops. Sorrie to those who have not seen the movie.)
Anybody else could have sacrificed, why him???
So not fair. *hmrpf*
Anyhow, the movie's bloody gore in a cool way, although the ending was a bit lame.
But it's still worth the money coz Josh is way tooo cute!!! *hehs*
Headed down to Bugis to hunt for my ipod case.
Can't find any nice one that fits the bill... *tsk tsk*
Bought a map of Bangkok at Kino...
Superduper excited abt the upcoming thai-thai trip.
So XY and I met up to plan our itinerary for that 4 days.
We sat at Bugis Starbucks, and the place was damn (x10) packed with screaming teenagers.
You know why???
COS 星光四少 WAS THERE FOR AN AUTOGRAPH SESSION!!!!
*gasps excitedly*
OMG!!!
I saw 林宥嘉 , 潘裕文,许仁杰, and 周定纬 worz!!!
OMG OMG...
林宥嘉 (my fave!!!) is soooooo cute!!! *wahahahs*
But too bad I can't get a nice shot of him.
My DC has zoomed to its max, but the pics are still very blurry.
But you can still tell it's him. *hehs*

I tried my best. My cam tried his best. This is the best shot le.

Without flash. *tsk tsk*

潘裕文 (hat) is another of my favourite in 星光帮 !!! And his English name is Peter. Peter Pan. *hahs*

I seriously need to praise the four of them and their crew.

They were actually late for only 15 minutes leh!!! Unbelievable right??!?!?!?

This was considered quite punctual for such events okie...

They were still signing when we left Starbucks at 9 plus, and the queue was endless.

See how notorious they are??? *hehs*

Go watch 超级星光大道, and you'll get into the trendy frenzy and blend in with the young ones.

Like me.

I rebonded my fringe for just $30!!! Ain't that cheap or what??? =)

Successful in squeezing my hidden dimple out... *hehs*

Hmm, let's see...

I have watched the movie that I wanted to watch.

I have shopped enough for the time being (gotta save for bkk!!!).

I have even seen 星光四少 in person.

So what can I do next?

*winkz*

I am proud of you, Northlight Leaders!!!

At the airport at 6AM in the morning to be a PI:

But I'd fail badly if I were to be a PI, cos I didn't get to shoot any photos of my subjects. *sigh*
Still, I saw lots of national players although I dunno who is who, and who plays what. *hahs*
And I saw many SIA crew, so I thought I might be lucky and bump into Hydi, but I was not. She must be somewhere on the globe. *tsk tsk*
Leadership Camp, Day 2 @ ECP:
Took a cab down to ECP to meet up with Diana, who was there early early to 'chop' the shelter for us. *hahs*
Typical Singaporeans... >.<
As we waited for the logistic people to come with their stuff, the both of us slacked a bit and took some pics... *hehs*

While waiting for the kids to arrive, we prepared the materials needed to play the games, and blowing balloons was one of them.
The balloons were all so pretty and colourful!!! Can't help but to pose with them. *hehs*

The weather was fine, thank goodness!
I believed the kids had fun, and we had fun too!
Water guns, volleyball, mini man search, frisbee, etc.
We were super exhausted by the end of the day.
All of us, especially the OGLs, became walking lobsters after all the activities. *hahs*
That's ECP for you. =)
Due to all the walking around almost the whole of ECP plus the long debrief at the school, I was completely shagged when I got home.
Fell into a deep deep sleep in the living room sofa and woke up the next morning in the same place.
*gasps*
Which means that I camped out in the living room. *hahs*
Mum said I was totally sleeping unconsciously and that she can't wake me up. *tsk tsk*
Final Day 3:
Still feel VERY tired and listless, but as teachers, we must be energised the moment we stepped into the school. It is true lah, but still........ easier said than done. *yawns*
Luckily, today was pretty slack.
I had not much to do, except to prepare the photo frames souvenirs for the kids. And play a round of Captain's Ball with the *ahem* violent kids.
Seriously lo... we were BADLY THRASHED by the students. So lao kwe... *shakes head*
But the kids were amazing... They could continue to play the game forever and ever if there's no one to stop them. *hahs*
And I almost paralysed myself when I fell from the chair. The girl in front of me was totally sacrificing her health and image for the game. She got really rough and violent and simply smashed her whole body onto me to hit the ball away. Naturally, being image-conscious and timidity level as low as my blood pressure, I was intimidated and hence, the fall. *hehs*
But still, it was fun playing with them. =)
After lunch, we had a leadership roleplay for the kids...

I hope they were paying attention!
There were some time left for a little get-together with the kids while we waited for the VP to arrive for the prize presentation ceremony.
And so, I took some pics with the students... =)

He's quite an obedient boy cos he listens to me. *hahah*

He blocked me, so must take another one...

Better. =)

During the break time, some students actually came up to me and ask me to sign on their photo frames. *wahaha*
Felt like a superstar. *winkz*
And then it was time for a short video retreat, whereby our media people did a slideshow of all the pics taken for the past few days. This was to create some emotions in the whole camp and hopefully, to make some people cry. *hehs*
But nobody cried. *sob*
I got goosebumps while I watched the slideshow. It was really touching. The pics really brought back the memories. I think the kids enjoyed them too. Touchy.
And finally, after giving out all the prizes, everything has come to an end.
The way to a finale is to take a group pic!!!

The group photo with all the trainee teachers standing behind.

*sigh*
Although I can't wait to get this whole GESL thing over and done with, I can't help but feel she bu de...
It was really a great experience for me to to know how to manage a group of diverse students, and the experience of planning, organising, and executing a leadership camp was one of a kind.
Though the process really required lots of hardwork, sweat, pain and frustration, the end result was really heartening.
We saw the growth in the kids during the past three days, and this is the kind of achievement and sense of satisfaction that make every pain worthwhile.
The people who went through thick and thin with me:

Event Coordinations: Nanthini, me, Jieqi, and Diana.

We have not come to an end yet.
This is just the beginning.
May our future endeavors be as fruitful and enriching as this one. All the best, Bravehearts!!!
BeBe wants to send her regards as well.
In her own way.

"All of you did a GREAT job. Keep it up!!!"

"Although the camp is over, please dun be too happy yet. There's reflections to do!!!"

"And I'll be watching you behind my new shades. So be careful."

*hehs*

Leadership Camp - Day 1

All the nong nong preparation, frustration and painful contractions are just for this camp... *tsk tsk*
The kids better appreciate it, or else!
*hehs*
During pre-camp briefing:
The turnout was surprisingly pathetic. And we were told, beforehand, the kids LUURRVVEE camps. *shakes head*
But life still must go on.
And so is the camp.

The Event Coordinator (EC) babes... *hehs*

The pains behind the smiles. Just look at Diana's (in front, white) expression, and you'll know what I mean.

Basically, ECs' job is to lose her brain cells one thousand and one times faster and more than the others in order to come up with enriching activities and its smooth flow to prevent people fighting over who comes first. *haiz*
Our brain juices were totally squeezed dry when we did the planning.
Why are we making our lives so difficult??????
*tsk tsk*
Then I found a boy who can do that with his tongue. Amazing.

And he's got a dimple. *hehs*

Leadership Camp, Day 1:
Because I'm the EC, I get to walk around the place and supervise people... *hehs*
But hey!
It's superduper tiring okie!!!
No matter, I still managed to squeeze in a bit of fun in a pool of bitterness (ku zong zhuo le)...

Jieqi, Diana & me!!!!

Me & Amelia, with her Rolling Stones!!!

Nanthini, me, Razee, Ikhwan!!!

Some snapshots of some of the games we had:

Lunch was spicy.

Chao tar chicken wing. *bleahz*

Pure chocolate is love.

Managed to 'sneak' out to PP to develop some pics with Jaron and Jieqi.

While waiting for the pics, we slacked at Coffee Bean. *hehs*
Time passes fast when you're having fun. *sigh*
It's time to go back to the school and finish off the kids!
Nah, just kidding.
Eventually, day one has come to an end.
And we're all dreading day two, which is tomorrow.
Cos we're going ECP.
And commit our own suicide there if anything were to happen to the kids (whose lives were viewed as more precious than ours).
And we still have to worry about Lei Gong and his tantrum.
Tian ar!!! Let tmr be as smooth as banana skin bah~~~
And let my special mission tmr at the airport be a success bah~~~!!!
If you wanna know what my special mission is, do watch out for this space!!!

I know you people out there are interested in my private life right... if not you wouldnt be reading this until now.
*muahahahz*

Will update my special, mission-impossible mission soon.

If I can.

Heroes, Sitex, Tze Char and Cheesecakes

Okie. I started this post at 1.20am. Let's see how long I'm going to take to finish loading my day full of happie memories... =)
Finally got to meet up with my beloved ka-ceng XY for gals' day out...
Watched Heroes (which is rather nice actually, surprisingly) at Cineleisure early in the morning and I managed to buy my Levis jeans!!! So happie... *wide grinz*
Tks gal for ur discount! Very sorrie that ur bro can't use them... One year will pass by very fast de okie... *hehs*
Met up with hui, celes, tiong & xiang at Expo and I bought iPod Classic (silver) at Sitex Fair (like, finally?!?!) Super happie now...
We planned to eat Aston for dinner, but when we got there the queue was shockingly long. I kind of expected it, but my dear pals didn't understand the heavy consequences of going to Aston at such bad timing.
So we had to pay the price.
We queued for like, 15 mins (??) and then we gave up. *hahas*
We have no patience de...
So we decided to walk down the street to find something to eat, and we saw this crowded tze char shop, and thought it was good, so ta-da!!!
Our unexpected dinner at Katong: tze char. I didn't eat though...was still damn full from LJS...

After their scrumptuous meal, celes was craving for The Cheesecake Cafe, and then there we were, WALKING to our final destination (mind you, it's fricking long can!)
This was my first time patronising the cafe, and I love it already.
The cafe is really fantastic. Two thumbs-up for their lovely cheesecakes, friendly staff and service. The place is excellent to slack and relax. The whole place has a Victorian touch to it, and even their restroom is specially designed. *tsk tsk*
Lovely.
I had a really good time laughing and enjoying myself.
Their company is love. =)
Beware!!!
Tons of pics coming up!!!
