Never enough of them...

I know the importance of making full use of time, so I decided to spend the time waiting for my dear old friend Xiang to get vain and ready to go out ltr to do some serious blogging abt last night...
(So wise of me, right... to use my time well...) *hehehz*
Aniwae, we met up last night for dinner at The Hong Kong Cafe @ East Coast Rd...
There were six of us, and I think we ordered quite a lot of dim sum... so much so tat the staff forgot how many they had sent us the xiao long baos, and in the end, we earned one extra serving of xiao long baos... *hahahz*
Couldnt believe our luck...
After tat, six became four, and we headed down to The Blue Hut @ Fisherman's Village for a drink...

*Hoegaarden*

I'm not drunk okie.

*shakes head*

Xiang can't keep drawing attention to his balding (*oops!*) hair.

I'm seriously in love with Polaroids...

So basically, tat's my Sunday night's happenings... Not much realli...
Juz hanging ard with old friends, and spending the remaining four days with Tiong, who's going to be enlisted dis freaking Friday!!!
It's so unbelievable tat he's going into army so soon...
I annoyed him by constantly reminding him of this... I'm sorrie, but I simply can't help it...
I can't wait to see him botak...
Guess all of us will miss him... especially celes ba... *wahahahz*
And I dunno why, but recently the topic keeps evolving ard army, army and more army...
First, Bro is doing his reservist now at dunno-where... and BeBe is already losing her appetite becoz she's missing him soo much...

BeBe refused to get off Bro's bed... She's doing some last-minute effort to melt his heart and make him stay back, which is so totally useless. But wad would a dog know???

Second, Tiong's enlistment. Can you imagine HIM becoming a solider and protect the earth and soil of Singapore's grounds??? *shudders*

Third and lastly, there was dis documentary show tat I've watched abt Taiwan's military army guys and how the newbirds were being bullied by the old ones until some of them actually died on service...
And the whole thing is being covered up by their stupid govt...
The show is abt this mother who never gave up on investigating the death of her only son...
There were too many loopholes in the officers' accounts and it was proven tat her son's death was homicidal... But she couldnt do anything becoz there's no concrete evidence against the officers...
So the incident was left hanging in mid air with no satisfactory answer given to the mother, even until now, which is 12 freaking years already...
Now wad the mother can do is to ensure tat new soldiers are given fair treatment and none of them will end up like her son...
It's a very pathetic story, and I admire her courage of standing up to higher authorities...
No wonder they say mother's love is veri noble... I couldnt agree more...
