No-Turning-Back Mistakes

After a recent event (which I'm not in a veri comfortable position to disclose to u guys YET but i'm sure i will in the near future), I suddenly felt tat one must NEVER make the wrong move or make a stupid mistake tat results in lifelong regrets or shame...

The mistakes I'm referring to are those attempting to play wif the law kind, and the consequences tat such wrongdoings bring about are the hurt n disappointment of ur loved ones...

Not those mistakes like forgetting to close the windows on a stormy day n get a huge scolding from ur momma becoz the whole house is flooded due to ur forgetfulness, or send the wrong documents to the wrong ppl, etc... Nahz, dis kinda mistakes are minor cases... dey can be 'revived' or corrected tat wont lead to disastrous outcomes...

I know it's hard not to make mistakes sometimes, especially if u r in a totally new environment or u haf no idea how to go abt doing the correct things... Everyone makes mistakes, tat's true... Just learn from it, make sure it's not repeated, and u'll be fine...

Or izzit?

Some mistakes will not be easily forgiven or forgetted by saying "I'm sorry" or "I dint know" blah blah blah... Once it's done, there's no turning back... Your entire future might depend on it...

All tat's left after committing REAL stupid mistakes are regrets, shame, pity, and "wad a waste!" from other ppl...

Although time may heal all wounds, I believe a scar will definitely be etched deeply in the mind of the offender, and memories of their wrongdoings will be replayed in the minds of their surrounding ppl, be it friends or families or relatives or colleagues, etc., and you can't help but look down or sneer at them whenever u see them on the streets... In other words, you totally despise them and you feel tat they deserve all the shame and ridicule for the things they have done...

Should such wrongdoers be forgiven then? Can we give them another chance so tat they can turn over a new leaf? Do they deserve it?

I'd say it depends on the type of situation and under wad kind of circumstances...

If a drunkard drives n knocks down n kills somebody, does he deserve to be forgiven?

NO coz it's his own damn fault for drinking and driving, and the dead man was the sole breadwinner of the family... some ppl might think this way...

MAYBE, becoz it could be the pedestrian's fault for not being careful enough when crossing the road...

YES, let's forgive coz he's already sentenced to jail, he had his punishment, his future is already gone, so let's just forgive n forget, so the world can be more harmonious and everyone can live together happily ever after, shall we?

It all boils down to one point: It depends on how each individual look at things from their own point of view...

BUT one thing is for sure: Never make the wrong move... Once you made the decision, you shall hold the consequences...

Wadeva you do, think twice n thrice n wadsoever how many times u nid, as long as the results do not harm others or yourself and it's not illegal...
