FUCK tat security guard @ COURTS!!!

REALLI ruined my whole day... spoil my mood~~~

Never felt so embarrassed + pissed + insulted + furious + humiliated during my shopping trips...

The worst part of it?

Tat fucking guy made my poppa n mamma angry... wanna slap him on the face, kick his groins, dig out his eyeballs, pull out his tongue, and flush it down the toilet...

Here's wad happened:

I bought a printer at the mega Courts... i paid everything... the printer carton has the PAID sticker on it...

BUT when i pushed the trolley out of the sensor thingy... it rang...

Immediately tat fucking freak came over n demanded to see my receipt in a very annoying tone n arrogant attitude...

Wad the fuck.

If u tell me nicely, I'll most willing to cooperate wif u...

I showed him the receipt.. and den he was like, "where? where the sticker?? where?" in a retarded tone... He's behaving as though he dun believe we can afford tat printer and have to resort to stealing it...

PLEASE LORZ... I know u have an empty head, but try to use common sense... if i were to steal things from the stupid store, would i pick such a HUGE item???

After I showed him the receipt, ppl wif common sense will know tat i have paid for the items... if dey are not scanned, it's not my fucking problem... it's the system which is corked up...

AND u know wad that stupid spastic retard did?

He asked us to follow him to the BACK (in a veri loud tone, may i add)...

Everyone in the damn store was looking at us...

SO damn embarrassing... It was as though we were caught stealing red-handed tat kinda feeling...

The 3 of us were pissed off... especially poppa...

So at the back area, he scanned the item again and it was cleared... den he said we may go...

GO???

U think we will juz go lyktt and forget abt all the humilation u caused us???

Me dad demanded to see his manager...

At the mention of "manager", tat freak apologised to us, but in a VERI insincere tone...

THIS IS IT...

I'm at my boiling point... I dun care tat many ppl were looking...

I told him off... straight at the face... (it's the first time i ever scolded someone in public... so i huo chu qu le)

I gave my blackest face ever, stood up straight and tall (altho he's still taller den me) n scolded him... Den my dad demanded to see the manager again...

Can you believe wad tat fucking idiot say? He said, "go la! complain la! manager is over dere only!"

He called his colleague over and dey began to converse in their mother tongue...

BUT i can roughly understand wad dey were saying...

Coz i heard words like "malu"...

Ya of course i'm malu lahz, u idiot... *rolled eyes*

So we waited for the manager to come (he's having lunch *diaoz*)... I'm so hoping tat manager is not *ahem*, and luckily he's not... BUT while we were waiting, tat idiot came to me n ask me to write a letter to the mgt... I was like, write for wad? I want to speak to ur manager FACE 2 FACE, why should i waste my time n effort to write a nice long letter? GO TO HELL.

Two managers came actually...

Dey came over... and my parents exploded...

DAMN hell, it was a loud explosion... even i was a teeny weeny bit embarrassed over the volume my poppa n mamma were giving off... *ha*

BUT wad the heck... I hope we attracted lots of kpo ppl... i hope we made a realli big scene n embarrassed the freak...

Come on lorz... u r juz a fucking security guard... such a small position you still dare to ya ya wif me... so ya ya go eat papaya la!

Aniwae, my parents were complaining n complaining in veri loud tones of course... and both the managers were like trying to pacify dem... I was the calmer one... I tried to say sth but got cut off by angry daddy n mommy... Dis is the FIRST time i see dem disregard their poise n mian zi and juz stood up for their rights... *hooray!* The NEO family is not to be messed up wif, okie, donkey?

In the end, the managers said they'll speak to tat idiot's boss and see wad else dey can do abt it...

I gave dem my no. hopefully to get a satisfying answer...

If not i'm going to boycott COURTS...

Aniwae, I vowed NEVER to shop at courts again...

Some of you may think i'm overreacting, but seriously.

Put yourself in MY shoes... how will you feel if you were being humiliated lyktt in front of so many ppl... I'm not trying to stir trouble out dere, but it's juz tat why shld i put up wif such fucking attitudes when i'm supposed to be the customer? Where's your customer service skills?? Isnt customers ALWAYS RIGHT???

Oh btw, when i pushed back the trolley (i'm so good, rite... I believe most of us will juz leave the trolley at the car park, but becoz i'm an educated person, I returned it...)

And upon returning it, one of the manager came out to take the trolley for me... He told me tat dey juz deploy tat fucking freak to stand guard at the gates, and he'll stay dere for the time being... *HAHAZ*

Or bi gd!

Blame it on ur sucky attitude tat u haf to stand out dere under the hot weather when u can enjoy the indoor air con comfort... HA!

BUT i'm still angry... can't get it lying down...

Hopefully I can get a satisfying answer from dem...

Till den... i'm not gonna be a forgive n forget person...

Maybe i can forgive, but definitely not forget...

BUT due to me having short-term memory, maybe i'll forget, but NEVER forgive...
