First ever free-school day!

It's Wednesday loh! Half of the week is gone! Two more days to go! *heehee*
Still felt a bit weird that I don't have to go school today, and the next Wednesday, and the next... Not accustomed to it, but I think I'll adapt fast! =)
Neeways, finally got time to go gym!
Was a bit restless for the past few days cos I felt bad for not working out as often as I would like.
But today's session was only so-so, and I was super tired at the end of it. Prolly because I've been waking up super early lately. *tsk tsk*
After gym, went to Bugis alone to visit GYM and shun bian search for books at Bras Basah Complex and Kino, but can't find anything.
Headed down to town and met up with Celes and Tiong and Pauline.
Had lunch at Pastamania and shopped at Ambush b4 we decided to go IKEA.
YAY!!! One of my favourite places in the east.
I drove us there, and time flies when we're having fun at IKEA.
The 2009 catalogue was out, and there's sooooooo many new stuff that I'm so dying to buy!
But no money.
Instead, I bought an electronic weighing scale (it's red!) for just $9.90, and I tried it just now.
Stupid loh. Not very responsive leh. Had to kick at it, knock it, smash it on the floor before the scale can work. *haiz* No wonder it's selling so cheap.
After IKEA, we drove to Pet Movers at Farmway 2 to check out the dogs.
It's so sad lah...there are so many abandoned dogs.
I dun understand these people.
Why get a dog when you don't intend to keep it for good?!? Won't you feel uneasy by just leaving them outside to die/survive on its own?!
Those cruel people who abandoned their pets (especially dogs!) should be shot to death. No whatsoever reasons/excuses you have can redeem yourself and your despicable actions!
Even if your dog is sick/ill, it is your responsibility to take care of it and make sure it gets better.
Don't tell me if your child is sick, you'll just throw him/her at the park and leave him/her to die there?
Dogs are just like us humans. They have feelings. They'd know they're being abandoned, and what kind of feeling will that be?
Buying a pet is easy, but keeping it for life is difficult.
So you kids out there, bloody make sure you are ready for a pet before you go get it.
A life is at stake, okie!
All right, enough of my emotional outburst.
What I'm trying to say is that the dogs there are very pitiful, so let us NOT play a part in increasing the number of abandoned dogs in Singapore.
Peace and love for our four-legged loyal friends. =)
