Registration at NIE.
Met up with my new found friend-cum-skolmate to go skol tog. Fun, isnt it.
We reached there like, superduper early. (I think we will always be the early birds since we live so far away.)
The registration was held at the gymnasium, so the bus stop to alight wasnt the usual one with the overhead bridge. And since we were still unfamiliar with the place...
Guess wad happen to us?!?!
Right. We stopped at the wrong bus stop.
To be more accurate, we actually sat thru the ride coz my friend was like saying it's the next one after the u-turn.
But u-turn nv came.
Instead, the bus turned a corner to the road tat leads to the main road (199 is a loop service)...
Shit.
It's like we took the bus into the skol and out again for nothing.
We immediately got off the bus in the middle of the 'forest'.
It was already damn embarrassing to get off at the ulu bus stop, coz any person with a brain will see tat ppl who wait or alight at that particular bus stop are those idiots who got lost.
But the embarrassment dint end there coz fate juz like to make fun of us.
199 came from the opposite almost immediately after we alighted, and we quickly flagged for it. The bus stopped for us. And suddenly, the quiet road became infested with cars tat kept coming and preventing us from crossing over.
Wah lau.
I dunno how to explain the situation we were in at that point in time clearly, but it's sufficient to juz know tat it was plain embarrassing.
We couldnt cross the road without knocking down by a car.
But no choice.
We had to wait for ALL cars to drive away, which took ard 5 mins.
FIVE mins leh! It's like sooooo long lah!
But the bus driver was VERIIIIIIIIII nice. He waited for the traffic to clear, and ultimately we managed to get on it.
And oh! Did I mention tat there were MANY passengers on the bus tat time?
So imagine the looks on their faces. I could feel them throwing daggers at us from their stares for losing their five mins.
*haiz*

The registration process took an hour plus to finish due to all the queuing up.
My friend saw her TP lecturer there, which was an amazing thing lah. She called him and he came over to us.
It turned out tat he's studying the post-graduate programme to get a qualification to teach in primary schools.
*hahahz*
But it's weird, isnt it...? I thot it's better to teach at polys rather than at primary schools infested with little screaming brats...
Aniwae, I've gotten my matric card from NTU, and it's realli nice. I love the NTU admin ppl or whoever who did the cards.
They made my face look slim and slender!!!
*muahahaz*
Now I'm not afraid of showing off the card to whoever who wanna see it. *heh heh*
